3.1. Registration To use our services, you must register and create an account on SupBot.Ai. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
3.3. Account Termination You can deactivate or permanently delete your account through your account settings. Upon termination, all of your project data and account information will be permanently deleted, with no option for recovery.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1. Subscription Plans We offer three subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: 200 hits/month, 2MB training volume/month
- Pro Plan: 100K hits/month, 20MB training volume/month
- Enterprise Plan: 500K hits/month, 100MB training volume/month
4.2. Payments and Renewals Subscription fees are due upfront and will auto-renew at the end of the chosen payment cycle, whether monthly or yearly. You can change your subscription or cancel the auto-renewal at any time.
4.3. Overuse & Limitations If a project exceeds its usage limits, it will use available overuse credit. If there’s insufficient credit, the service will halt until more credit is added or the next billing cycle starts.
4.4. Refunds All payments are final. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4.5. Overuse Fees Overuse charges are determined by the rates stated on the ‘Plans’ page of the website. These fees will be automatically deducted from your overuse credit balance. If you exceed your overuse credit, services for the specific project will be temporarily halted until the start of the next billing cycle or until additional credit is purchased.
5. Content and Conduct
5.1. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for all content you upload for chatbot training. You must ensure that your content does not infringe on the rights of third parties, is not unlawful, and adheres to community standards.
5.2. Prohibited Activities You agree not to use our platform for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities. This includes, but is not limited to, spreading malware, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
5.3. SupBot.Ai Rights to Content While you retain ownership of the content you upload, by using our platform, you grant SupBot.Ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and adapt this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
5.4. Content Review SupBot.Ai reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review the content you upload to ensure it complies with our guidelines and these Terms. We may remove or refuse to display content that we believe violates our policies or the law.
6. Termination and Suspension
6.1. By You You can terminate your account at any time by reaching out to our support team.

SupBot.Ai may modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
SupBot.Ai provides its services “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, SupBot.Ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will SupBot.Ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
8.1. Service Interruptions While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our platform for business and operational reasons.
8.2. Data Loss Although we implement data backup procedures, we do not guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved in the courts of France.
